Guys! You DON'T need to be flexible to try yoga!
Every time I ask my boyfriend to come to a yoga class with me he has an excuse. The #1 excuse is "I'm not flexible!". Well, DUH! That's why you NEED to do yoga! Your back hurts? YOGA will help! You're out of shape? YOGA will help! You're too tired? YOGA! Yoga helps strengthen your core and in-turn, helps that bad back! Yoga works every muscle in the body and whips you in to shape! Yoga also helps get the blood flowing and awakens the body...HELLO ENERGY! So stop making excuses and just do it!! Here's a great article I found, "Yoga for inflexible men".
